Step 1: Design a Printed Circuit Board. A person can easily design his very own Printed Circuit Board while using specific software known as Printed Circuit Board computer-aided design (CAD) software.
Step 2: Purchase a plain board that has a fine layer of copper applied to it from any local retailer.
Step 3: Scrub the purchased plain board with a scouring pad and run water over it in order to clean the copper.
Step 4: Print the Printed Circuit Board design you created on the rough side of the sheet of the blue transfer paper.
Step 5: Follow the instructions provided on the transfer paper.
Step 6: Let the board and transfer paper cool.

Step 9: You can use the ink from a black permanent marker to replace any missing toner on the board.
Step 10: Perform a process known as etching using ferric chloride in order to remove any and all exposed parts of the copper from the board.
Step 11: Wash the etching equipment you used and the Printed Circuit Board thoroughly with water.
Step 12: Drill a 0.8 mm or 0.03 inch lead component holes into your manufactured PCB while using steel or carbide drill bits.
Step 13: Scrub your Printed Circuit Board clean using a scouring pad and run water over it.
